Cancellation Policy
The customer can cancel their booking for free until 6PM day before their arrival during the time of 01.04. – 30.10. During 01.11. – 30.03. pre-payments can be refunded, if cancellation has been made at least 31 days prior to the arrival.
In case of Force Majeure like lockdowns, pandemia cancelled flights etc, we give a full 100% refund after confirmed cancellation (inside 14 days).
In case of no show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the client full price of the booked accommodation.
Cancellations must be made in writing to: Email address info@metsahirvas.fi. Cancellation is counted valid from the time it arrives to the sales office / customer service or to the reception by email.
